Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, with most orders dispatched by 13:00, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 11:00, Monday to Saturday, are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed on Sundays, bank holidays or outside our normal dispatch times may be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that some courier services may not operate during weekends or bank holidays, so dispatch and delivery times may be extended during these periods.
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected courier service, parcel size, destination and courier availability. Any delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Once a parcel has been dispatched and is in the courier’s possession, we are unable to directly influence delivery speed, make changes, or redirect the shipment. Any delays or delivery issues beyond this point are outside of our direct control, although we will always assist where possible.
Customers are kindly asked to double-check their delivery address before completing their order. Once an order has been dispatched, most courier services do not allow address changes or redirection from our end.
Where an order is delayed, returned, refused, undeliverable, or requires re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, any additional courier costs may be passed on to the customer.
For large, heavy, fragile, unusual or remote-area deliveries, we may use a different courier or contact the customer if additional delivery arrangements are required.
