This is a customer return that is in like new condition, with no signs of previous use. During our inspection, we tested the item and its functions, to ensure it is working correctly. We noted that not all 9 settings work; there are around 6 functional settings. One of the LEDs appears as a different colour to the others, on various settings. See photos. We noticed a few minor scuffs and scratches across the item. The remote control features numerous scratches and marks. The item comes in its original box, with instructions.
