This is a customer returned product that doesn't looks like it has been previously installed, but we have found signs of dampness, such as a rusted screw keyhole. It does come with mounting hardware, but the screws look to be pretty thin for the application. We have also noticed that the recessed holes are not equal in depth and the whole beam presents several cracks around it's body.
