This is a customer returned product that is in a like new condition, not showing any signs of previous use. Upon inspecting it, we have noticed 2 compression marks on the foam, caused by improper packaging. These marks should go away by the time you receive this item. We have also noticed a few minor marks around the chair, but nothing major or that can cause any issues. All components have been inspected and we haven't identified any damages or other issues.
Please note that the grey plastic part is for holding a shower head. Please see the first few images which shows you how that would work. At the time of inspecting the item, we didn't realised that was it's purpose so we assumed was to hold the front and back legs secured while folded, but obviously that was not it's intended purpose...
