These are customer returned pillows. All units have been inspected to ensure there are no major flaws with them. These may have potentially been used, therefore may show hairs or minor stains. Part of our inspection process, we have been removing any hairs we have noticed, but there may still be some we have missed. Any pillows we have encountered with large or very obvious stains, have been removed from the lot.
