This is a customer return that is in like new condition with no signs of use. During our inspection, we noticed the interior elements of the microwave were sealed in their original packaging. To test the microwave is working affectively, we removed these and heated a mug of water. The item is working on all settings. No issues were identified, aside from the bottom of the box being ripped in one area. You may find the odd mark or scratch on the item, but nothing major.
