This is a customer returned product that doesn't show any signs of previous use, however, upon inspecting the device, we have noticed that the top plate has been damaged (as seen from the pictures) and the internal holder for the USB C port was broken. We have glued back in place the broken piece and now the USB C terminal is secured in place.
