The simple version

From sign-in to collection or delivery

  1. Sign in securely.Shopify sends a one-time sign-in code. Keep your account and contact details accurate.
  2. Read every listing.Check its photos, disclosed faults, condition grade, dimensions and delivery band before bidding.
  3. Bid only if you intend to buy.A valid bid is a commitment. A late bid may extend the auction, so use the end time shown on the auction page.
  4. Choose fulfilment after winning.Eligible wins from the same calendar day are normally consolidated after you choose delivery or collection.
  5. Use the secure Shopify invoice.Pay only by a method actually offered on that invoice, by its exact deadline.

Delivery and collection

  • Regular items: £4 delivery for a combined regular pool up to 2 kg and 90 litres; above that, £7 per required tracked-postage label, each covering up to 20 kg and 90 litres.
  • Large items: £20 delivery per item when delivery is chosen, or free collection.
  • Pallets: collection or a final delivery quote. £100 is a guide only; you approve the final quote before invoicing.
  • Collection only: delivery is not available for that item.

Important timeframes

  • The invoice shows the items, their auction dates and the exact payment deadline, normally 23:59 UK time on the calendar day after the auction ends. Separate days are invoiced separately unless you request a hold.
  • Hold and combine: before paying and before the payment deadline, select this option under Invoices on your oldest unpaid invoice with 1–4 auction lots. A bundle counts as one auction lot for this option. Postage is calculated from all physical items in the bundle. It covers that invoice’s auction date and the following calendar day, using UK time. The combined invoice is released in the regular nightly run from 00:05 UK time after that following day ends; the email may arrive a few minutes later. For example, Friday’s and Saturday’s wins are invoiced early Sunday morning. This is not 48 hours from your request. You can request release earlier. Further eligible wins do not extend the end time, and reaching five auction lots does not end the hold. Delivery is recalculated and the combined invoice shows its own payment deadline.
  • Collection is due by the exact deadline in the ready notice, allowing seven complete calendar days.
  • If you cannot collect in time, contact us before the deadline to ask for an extension.
  • There is no automatic storage period or storage fee. An uncollected item may be relisted after its deadline.
