This is a customer returned product that is in a like new condition, not showing any signs of previous use or installation. While inspecting it, we noticed that the exterior frame is bent in a corner (please see the images), there are a few damage marks around the frame, the plasterboard is cracked in a corner and one of the spring loaded pins was missing it's E clip that is securing the spring in place. The clip has been replaced and we also included 3 spare clips, in case they fly out again.
