These stools are customer returned items that don't show signs of previous use, but have been previously put together. Upon closer inspection, we have noticed that 2 of the screws appear to have been cross-threaded, therefore we have un a screw through all nuts and inserts and have not identified any issues. This leads us to believe it was a user error rather then a manufacturing fault. All accessories are present and in a good overall condition. Please note that during our inspection, we have noticed several marks around the legs and cross members, as highlighted in the images.
