These are customer returned items that are in a like new condition, not showing signs of previous use. During our inspection, we've noted a few minor scratches and scuffs on some of the units, but nothing major. We have tested one of these and are working fantastically well, but we have found that the showerhead is a touch on the heavy side, forcing you to use the included wall holder.
